The chuck is made to hold flat workpieces, for example for micro-milling of microfluidic chips.
Work piece size: 1″ x 3″ (25 mm x 75 mm)
The Chuck consists of two parts, the bottom is aluminum, the top is made of plastic. The top part can change and have a different design of vacuum channels and holes.
